As Stage/Lighting Director at Crossroads, I oversaw all programming, design, and operation of the lighting on a weekly basis. I was responsible for creating plots or follow plans given, and leading all changeovers, which involves creating power and data system designs for lighting and Absen led tile. I also maintained the entire lighting inventory on a regular basis.
